Order before 2PM for next working day delivery*. (where possible)
If you prefer a Named Day Delivery (Monday to Friday only) - Please use the Notes / Instructions box during the first stage of the checkout process to enter your desired day. For Saturday and AM deliveries, please contact us.
All our deliveries are sent via a tracked carrier.
Orders dispatched on a Friday delivery will be delivered on a Monday.
We have most items ex-stock, however, in some cases this is not possible and we have to order the item. Any delays will be notified by email, fax or telephone.
Note - Specials and Made to Measure kits have longer lead time

*Deliveries – Whilst we are doing all we can to meet our normal delivery lead times, due to the current unprecedented circumstances, there may be unavoidable exceptions.

We would suggest you do not book any installation work until you have received goods as occasionally the couriers can experience problems or delays trying to make delivery.
Delivery is to the nearest roadside point to the delivery address accessible by our couriers and does not include delivery into the building or site. Ease of access to the delivery address is the receivers’ responsibility and any special requirements must be agreed with Pocket Door Shop at the time of order.
