  • This accessory is NOT suitable for the Syntesis range of kits
  • The self-closing mechanism is an ingenious system which is completely enclosed inside the frame and allows the door to close by itself, automatically with no input from you whatsoever.
  • The closing door speed can be adjusted without removing door or jambs.
  • Compatible with the BIAS Soft Close with Anti Slam (SCM01 and SCM03 for single kits)
  • SCM01 and SCM03 - Are suitable for Single door kits - 1 x Self-close unit is supplied with this package.
  • SCM02 and SCM04 - Are suitable for Double door kits - 2 x Self-close units are supplied with this package.
  • SCM01 and SCM03 - Max door weight 40kg.  
  • N.B The use of a self-closing device on a fire-rated system is at the decision of building control.
